Excluded campaign categories and conduct that can lead to rejection, holds, removal, or account closure.
Effective August 21, 20261. Excluded categories
- Political, geopolitical, civic, crisis, or social-issue persuasion.
- Financial products, investment opportunities, crypto assets, lending, or get-rich-quick claims.
- Medical, pharmaceutical, supplement, weight-loss, or other regulated health claims.
- Gambling, adult content, dating services, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, illegal goods or services, or sanctions evasion.
- Hate, harassment, defamation, impersonation, private-person targeting, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
2. Artificial activity
- No bots, purchased impressions, engagement rings, follow exchanges, coordinated metric inflation, duplicate accounts, self-dealing, or fabricated evidence.
- No mass-identical posts, copied scripts, irrelevant hashtags, automated engagement, or attempts to manipulate recommendation systems.
- No deletion and reposting intended to reset evidence, evade a review, or obtain duplicate rewards.
3. Deception and security
- No false identity, stolen account, hidden destination, phishing, malware, credential collection, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- No unsupported testimonial, material omission, fake urgency, deceptive pricing, or claim that a creator used a product when they did not.
4. Enforcement
Creator Rewards may reject or pause a campaign, hold a submission or payout, preserve evidence, reverse an internal decision, restrict an account, or refer conduct to a provider or authority. Users may use the documented appeal or support process when available.
