Advertiser Agreement
Campaign control, claims, funding, review duties, shared-pool economics, and platform oversight.
Effective August 21, 20261. Authority and claims
The advertiser must control the source account or have documented permission to use the source post. The advertiser must be able to substantiate every objective claim, instruction, product statement, and required talking point before submitting the campaign.
2. Campaign design
The advertiser selects the shared pool, rate per 1,000 eligible impressions, minimum payout, campaign duration, and optional per-creator maximum. Lower rates or caps may attract fewer creators. Creator Rewards encourages original creator wording because authentic commentary is generally more useful than copied scripts.
3. Prohibited instructions
- No false testimonials, concealed sponsorship, impersonation, harassment, defamation, unsupported claims, or deceptive editing.
- No requirement to use bots, duplicate wording, engagement exchanges, purchased reach, or any metric-inflation tactic.
- No campaign in a prohibited category or involving illegal, unsafe, sanctioned, or rights-infringing activity.
4. Review duty
The advertiser must review only against the frozen campaign rules and provide a specific reason for rejection or a fraud flag. Silence for seven days may advance the content-review step automatically. Creator Rewards may reverse an advertiser decision after reviewing the preserved evidence.
5. Funding and fees
Live campaigns require a minimum $100 creator pool and will be pre-funded through Stripe before opening. The platform fee is 7 percent, plus any separately disclosed processing costs.
Campaign balances are not bank deposits or represented as escrow, do not earn interest, and remain subject to payment confirmation, refunds, disputes, reserves, and outstanding creator obligations.
6. Refunds and disputes
Unused pool funds may be returned after the campaign closes and all submitted posts, measurement windows, appeals, refunds, disputes, and lawful holds are resolved. Platform fees, processing costs, already validated rewards, and unrecoverable payment costs may be nonrefundable as disclosed before live funding.
Operational draft for the gated private beta. Qualified legal review remains required before live money is enabled.
