Paid Partnership and Platform Policy Notice
The disclosure requirements and the reason live X-linked compensation remains locked pending written approval.
Effective August 21, 20261. Paid relationship disclosure
A creator who may receive money or another benefit for a post has a material relationship that must be disclosed clearly with the post. X requires organic paid-partnership posts to use its Paid Partnership disclosure. The advertiser and creator remain responsible for any additional disclosure required by law.
2. Honest creator wording
- Disclosures must be clear, hard to miss, and placed with the endorsement.
- A creator may not claim an experience, opinion, or product result that is not genuine.
- An advertiser may not instruct a creator to hide the relationship or make an unsupported statement.
- A campaign rule cannot remove or weaken disclosure obligations.
3. X authenticity gate
X separately prohibits coordinating with or compensating others to inflate metrics, including Views and Reposts. Because the planned reward uses eligible impressions, Creator Rewards will not activate live X-linked funding, measurement, or payouts unless X provides written approval for the exact model or the compensation model is changed to a permitted structure.
A Paid Partnership label is required for applicable sponsored content, but the label alone does not resolve the separate authenticity-policy issue.
4. User responsibility and platform action
Users must follow current X rules and applicable law. Creator Rewards cannot guarantee that X will accept a post, metric, account, or campaign. Creator Rewards may pause or reject activity that creates platform-policy risk even if an advertiser or creator would prefer to proceed.
Operational draft for the gated private beta. Qualified legal review remains required before live money is enabled.
