Electronic Records and Communications Consent

1. Scope of consent

You consent to receive and sign Creator Rewards agreements, policies, disclosures, campaign acceptances, payment and payout updates, tax-related notices, support responses, and other marketplace records electronically. Your electronic action has the same effect as a paper signature to the extent permitted by law.

2. Delivery

Creator Rewards may deliver records through the authenticated website, the email address associated with your account, or another electronic method shown at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and reviewing notices made available in your account.

3. Technical requirements

• A device with a current web browser and internet access.
• An active email account you can access.
• Software capable of displaying web pages and PDF files when a downloadable record is provided.
• Sufficient storage or printing capability to retain records important to you.

4. Copies and retention

You may download, print, or request an available copy of an electronic record through the support portal. Creator Rewards may retain acceptance evidence, versions, timestamps, transaction records, and audit information even if you later withdraw consent or close your account.

5. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent through the authenticated support portal. Because the marketplace operates electronically, withdrawal may require Creator Rewards to suspend or close features that depend on electronic agreements or notices. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records or actions completed before it takes effect.

6. Updated requirements

If delivery methods or technical requirements change materially, Creator Rewards will provide an updated notice and request renewed consent when required before additional marketplace activity.
