Marketplace Terms
The account, campaign, review, appeal, and private-beta rules that apply to everyone using Creator Rewards.
Effective August 21, 20261. Operator and beta status
Creator Rewards is an independent private-beta marketplace operated by Luke Stuart Ventures LLC. Creator Rewards is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by X Corp.
These Terms govern access to the website and test marketplace. Live campaign funding, impression-linked rewards, and creator payouts remain unavailable until the activation requirements shown in the product are complete.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your login secure.
- One account may use both creator and advertiser tools. There is no follower minimum.
- You may not sell, transfer, share, or create duplicate accounts to avoid a restriction or obtain additional campaign eligibility.
3. Campaigns and frozen rules
An advertiser proposes a source post, campaign instructions, category, duration, shared pool, rate per 1,000 eligible impressions, minimum payout, and any creator cap. Creator Rewards reviews every campaign before live funding.
Campaign rules and economics freeze when the campaign is published. A creator must join the applicable version before publishing. Joining records acceptance but does not reserve any portion of the shared pool.
4. Reviews, measurement, and appeals
Advertisers review submissions only against the frozen campaign rules and must give a specific reason for rejection or a fraud flag. If an advertiser does not act within seven days, the content-review step may advance automatically.
Creator Rewards controls structural review, measurement evidence, fraud review, reward validation, appeals, refunds, account restrictions, and final marketplace decisions. Estimates and provisional balances are not payable funds.
5. Platform rules and law
You must comply with applicable law, these documents, campaign rules, X rules, and required advertising disclosures. A campaign rule never authorizes conduct that another rule or law prohibits.
Creator Rewards may pause, reject, remove, or preserve evidence relating to a campaign, post, account, payment, or payout when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform compliance, or dispute resolution.
6. Suspension and termination
Creator Rewards may restrict or close an account for fraud, manipulation, prohibited content, repeated rule violations, payment risk, sanctions risk, identity problems, security concerns, or attempts to bypass a hold. Closing an account does not erase existing payment, tax, audit, refund, dispute, or legal obligations.
7. Service availability
The private beta is provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or end. Creator Rewards does not promise any campaign volume, reach, impressions, acceptance, earnings, or uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. These operational documents require qualified legal review before live money is enabled.
8. Electronic records and changes
You consent to electronic records, notices, acceptances, and transaction updates. Material changes will receive a new version and, when appropriate, require renewed acceptance before continued marketplace activity.
Operational draft for the gated private beta. Qualified legal review remains required before live money is enabled.
